I think the big one for me, it was in 2015. 2015, 2016. You cannot be in hospice. One, this is one of the, maybe the first model, maybe other than hospice, that provides supportive services for caregivers- Malaz: Correct. What we didn’t have was the payment model to deliver the comprehensive dementia care.

He has an interest in hospice and of life care, pain management and medical ethics. And so we had a grant in 1980, right before the first AIDS patients came, to start a hospice unit. So, actually the first hospice unit in the UCSF system was at San Francisco General with this grant that we had for a short period of time.
