Addus HomeCare Corporation’s (NASDAQ: ADUS) in February completed its $85 million acquisition of Illinois-based nonprofit hospice provider JourneyCare Inc. The company has completed four home health and hospice deals since 2019, including the JourneyCare purchase. Addus acquires the large nonprofit JourneyCare.
