The recruitment initiative is the fruit of a collaboration between Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) and the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire (the Alliance). Senate Appropriations Committee last week approved a bill that would create new funds for the program in Fiscal Year 2025.

The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) are moving forward on the integration of their combined new organization. The alliance is anticipated to take shape under a new name by January 2025, he indicated.
