We try to hire providers with geriatrics experience, at least several years worth, because our participants are much sicker than the average. Palliative care is integral to Programs for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) programs, according to Dr. Glenn Meyers, who was recently promoted to chief medical officer of BoldAge PACE.
The company’s chief growth officer, Russell Hilliard, also came over from AccentCare, whereas CEO Mary Austin has worked in the PACE, long term care and geriatrics space since 1986. By the end of 2026, we will add two more. Ultimately, BoldAge PACE plans to build a national footprint. There are a lot of similarities.
