I have heard a lot of ACO people being very frustrated that they’re like, “We have this palliative care program but there’s a three month waiting list. We don’t really have a palliative care resource.” These are patients that have multiple needs that it’s not hospice care.

Now we can talk later on about the different models of paying for care coordination. We did not want them to already have seen home palliative care. Eric 20:26 And that includes home hospice care. And then we also didn’t give them access to palliative care social work on the stepdarmouse.
