For more than 10 years, we’ve been working with healthcare leaders and their teams to create a healthy workplace by first, addressing bullying and incivility. While doing training for healthcare leaders on the topic of bullying and incivility, about halfway through, a woman in the back of the room stood up and proclaimed, “I’m the bully.”
