Last week, I did my best to keep the drama in my head (“this is too hard” and “this is too much”) to myself. I am aware of my spread. I always immediately regret spreading my drama because it turns up my internal noise level to an intolerable decimal (“you shouldn’t have said that because now they really won’t like you!”). I always feel at peace when I spread kindness; it silences that awful internal dialogue of dismay.
