Continuous Care | Hospice Levels of Care

During hospice, there are times when patients need immediate, expert care. If a patient has a medical crisis, our team remains with them to ensure that pain and symptoms are taken care of, providing them with the relief and attention they need. Typically, we provide eight hours of continuous care for pain and symptom management. If a patient requires more than eight hours, then we transition them into general inpatient care.
