What Can I Cut?

This fall, I decided to cut back on my morning cups of coffee. Cutting back on caffeine seemed like a good idea for some time but it also felt completely impossible. Until I decided I could. So I did. Im so glad for that decision. I so much feel better drinking less. Lets give ourselves permission to cut cut back or cut out so that we have room to feel better.
