How Will I Celebrate?

The day can be a grind which can deplete our energy and motivation. Rather than staying stuck in that grind, let’s take a break by celebrating. We can celebrate what we just completed, how far we’ve come over a period of time, good will we’ve generated for others. We also can celebrate that we have another day. We can celebrate by taking time outside, by enjoying a treat with family members or co-workers, by enjoying an activity we often put off.
