Kauai Hospice Recruits Retired Emergency Doc as MedicalDirector. Dr. William “Monty” Downs is stepping into a new role as medicaldirector of Hawaii-based Kaua‘i Hospice after retiring from 50 years in the emergency department at Wilcox Health Medical Centert.
