I was a hospice nurse working in homehospicecare, and for most people, it wasn’t going as well. They get to know the hospice and now we just step into that space. The need I’m trying to fill is that people die all over the world, and it’s not going well for most, or as well as it could go.
Additionally, we’ll address prevalent misconceptions about hospice services and provide guidance on selecting the right provider. Armed with knowledge, individuals and their loved ones can make informed decisions, ensuring dignity, support, and well-being during the final stages of life.
Because we're in the 11th hour fog when we're getting this information from hospice. A few years ago, the hospice I was volunteering for accepted a patient in the far north end of our county. It was an in homehospicecare situation. Hence, that's why we're doing this podcast.
